What is being requested
One limited addition to EVLT’s Draft EIS comment.
Ken Wright asked Eagle Valley Land Trust to request that the Forest Service make Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW)’s own High-priority raptor and elk/mule deer habitat protections enforceable terms of the Record of Decision and any Special Use Permit. The request does not ask EVLT to change its support for a state park or compatible recreation.
